Disclaimer

  • Allow the mattress to expand on its own for 2×24 hours for the best result.
  • There may be a 2–3 cm size tolerance for mattress thickness, length, and width.
  • DO NOT store the mattress for more than 30 days inside the box after receiving the item.
  • This mattress has a primary sleeping side on top; the bottom is not intended as a sleeping surface.
  • REQUIRED: Record an unboxing video to support any shipping damage claims.

Warranty Terms

  • Warranty limited to springs for 10 years from the date of purchase.
  • Warranty limited to foam product for 5 years from the date of purchase.
  • Surface indentation under 5 cm from normal use is not considered a defect.
  • Warranty may only be claimed once per product during the warranty period.
  • Proof of purchase is required when filing a warranty claim.
  • For other warranty details, refer to the applicable Comforta product warranty standards.
